Katrina is the only Filipina who consecutively grabbed the #1 spot back -to -back in 2006 & 2007 .She's been on the top 10 list for 6 years in a row.
7. Jennylyn Mercado
Jennylyn's back on the top 10 list since making it to the top 20 last year and 2009. She made it to the top ten from 2004 to 2008 making her a total of 8 years in a row on the sexiest list.

This is Iwa's fourth time to be on the top 10 list.
